First Timers, Absolutely great service from the Meat department to the Poppers, Fillet Mignon absolutely 💯 👌 👏 when cooked to med rare/rare absolutely delicious. Poppers are fantastic favorite was the traditional one no seed cream cheese and the brisket Poppers. Great prices on most to all items we bought. Will return soon.

The owner is prejudice towards body modifications. More then willing to accept your money at the same time. Take that as you will. Just some advice when a man is introducing himself to you. You walk stand up to him and shake his hand. Not stay seated and comment on one's appearance. I won't be shopping here ever again. That's a fact.

First time there was impressed with the selection of meats and the butter helped me out with a roast it was as good as he said it would and tender. Been a long time since I had a butcher help with a selection of meat. Will be back. O and the sausage is so good

If I could leave zero stars, I would! WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and I dealt with the owner! Drove an hour there to purchase 23 ribeye steaks and they shorted us 4 steaks! I called when I realized and right away, they got defensive and insisted I counted wrong. I am a small business owner and these steaks were for a cater. I was hung up on when I explained we only had 19 steaks and even offered pictures. The owner was rude and basically called me a liar. I will never spend money at this meat market again. All of the staff followed the owners lead and acted rudely toward me because of their mistake. We are out 4 steaks and I didn’t even get an apology. Be careful with this place. I spend hundreds at meat markets monthly and I’ve never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional person.

Price not as advertised and it was freezer burnt the next day i cooked it. "Most" i buy at HEB by is 2-3$ cheaper then this place. Update: They replied to my review. All my photos were taken on the same day that are in my review, except for the screenshot, And on that day, whatever I bought it for was not the same price that was advertised nor did it show any taxes or fees to show why it would be a different price, So it is what it is and I wasn't talking about the future or present I was talking about that day i took those pictures. HEB is Cheaper $1.80lb on the same thing i bought that day and beats yall 10fold for trusted brands they have that IK yall dont and HEB has 3+ different brands for the same cut of meats and they have grass-fed and Organic and all i got from yall right off the bat was frezzer burnt meat + the next day i cooked it, so it couldn't be me making it frezzer burnt.
